Joey D’Angelo brought a taste of Italy to Louisiana, where he spent decades running the iconic Oak Room at River Road Casino. Known for pairing premium steaks with Italian traditions, Cajun flavors, and New York influences, Joey created a menu that was ahead of its time. Since the days of Joey D’s legendary Oak Room, one thing hasn’t changed: our commitment to quality. We don’t believe in shortcuts. From hand-cut, dry-aged steaks to fresh seafood and scratch-made favorites, every dish is prepared with care. Sometimes that means offering fewer choices or selling out of a favorite—but we’d rather run out than compromise on quality.
